Original abstract

Behaviour of selected aluminium alloys AlMg3 and AlZn4Mg1 in cold and hot forging was studied. The geometry of cylindrical specimens in compression tests was observed on the behaviour of equatorial and instantaneous diameters. There are no significant differences in the geometric behaviours of specimens for the giver temperatures of heating.
