Monografie se zabývá intuitivními skupinovými metodami řízení jakosti s popisem klíčové metodiky SDAZV, která se skládá ze sedmi přísně logických a jasně definovaných kroků, které umožní každému zainteresovanému v projektu řízení jakosti velice snadno kontrolovat úspěšnost svého návrhu na zlepšení kvality produkce, popřípadě odstranění produkce defektní, či výrobní neshody.

English abstract

Imagine a system that could reduce the number of manufacturing defects or ensure the reduction of work in process and production lead time. Such a system would be ideal if it is used successfully by anyone. Management techniques such Quality Control, Production Control, and Industrial Engineering has been developed out of needs for such a system.Such managament techniques cannot be carried out by one person, they are effective only when they are implemented by a group of people. When a group works toward the completion of project, if there is a system that everyone can depend on, everyones actions become more efficient and progress occurs acording to the plan.
