Original abstract

Metodika optimalizace technologických parametrů hmotných válců pro válcování kolejnic gravitačně litých do válcových kokil a optimalizace jejich užitných vlastností za pomoci originálního numerického 3-D modelu teplotního pole v provozu Slévárny Třinec a.s. Posouzení modelem dendritické segregace prvků a krystalizace z hlediska jejich náchylnosti k tvorbě vad ovlivňujících výsledné mechanické vlastnosti.Optimalizace návrhu její konstrukce, rekonstrukce či technologických zásahů k docílení maximální možné životnosti kokily.

English abstract

The method of optimizing the technological parameters of heavy rolls (for rolling rails) cast by gravity into moulds cylindrical in shape and of optimizing their useful properties with the help of the original numerical 3-D model of the temperature field on a casting at the workshop of the Foundry Works Třinec,a.s. The critical sites in rolls will be evaluated by the model of dendritic segregation of elements from the viewpoint of their liability to initiation of defects influencing the resulting mechanical properties. The optimization of the design of mould or the technological interventions to achieve its maximum possible service life.
