V rámci projektu jsou vytvářeny nové metody a nástroje k optimalizaci provozu elektráren a tepláren, založené na zjišťování a vyhodnocování vnitřních stavů systému a v nich probíhajících fyzikálních procesech. Bylo ověřeno na vybraných elektrárnách různého typu.
