Original abstract

Pro účely optické tomografie byl vyvinut modulární tubusový prostorový filtr. Dvouosý bezvůlový stolek umožňuje nastavit polohu středu filtrační clony vůči mechanické ose mikrometrického tubusového výsuvu mikroskopového objektivu.

English abstract

Modular construction of tubular spatial filter for optical tomography were designed. Spatial filter consist two main parts of tubular shape: XY table for postioning pinhole and Z translatror for positioning of microscope objective. The pinhole mount is orthogonaly adjustable in two directions via two fine hex adjustment screw.
