UHV manipulátor s řídicí jednotkou. Elektronické ovládání polohy (osa y), polární a azimutální rotace. Ruční posuv v horizontální rovině (osa x). Software pro automatické měření polohově a úhlově závislých spekter XPS.

English abstract

UHV manipulator equipped with an electronic control unit. Vertical movement (y-axis), polar and azimuthal rotations controlled by the unit. Horizontal transverse (x-axos) controlled by hand. Software for automatic measurement of y-axis and angle resolved XPS spectra.
