Original abstract

Detekce atomů a molekul uvolňovaných z řízeně ohřívaného povrchu vzorku. Metoda je realizována v UHV komoře a konstrukce zařízení umožňuje omezení nežádoucího vlivu zahřívaných součástí držáku vzorku. Proudový ohřev vzorku je řízen programem, který také umožňuje snadnou automatizaci procesu čištění vzorku metodou flešování.

English abstract

Detection of atoms and molecules removed from a sample surface by controlled heating. Method is realized in UHV chamber and its construction allows restriction of the undesirable influence heated parts of the sample holder. The heating of the sample is driven by program which also allows easy automation of the sample cleaning by flashing method.
