Iontově-optický systém sloužící k urychlování iontů a fokusaci na detektor se sestává z 5 elektrod a dvou clonek a je přesně uložen v driftové trubici spektrometru. Napětí na jednotlivé elektrody se přivádí nezávisle a je tak možné celý systém optimalizovat pro různé kombinace iont/vzorek

English abstract

Electrostatic lenses for post-acceleration of ions and focusing on a detector consists of 5 electrodes and 2 apertures. It is precisely machined and placed in a drift tube of the TOF-LEIS spectrometer. Voltages applied on the electrodes are independent of each other, thus enabling optimalization of the systém for different projectile/target combinations.
