Original abstract

Glow plug adapter Zetor slouží pro montáž tlakových piezo snímačů pro indikaci spalovacích tlaků ve válci vznětových motorů Zetor. Adaptér se snímačem se namontuje místo běžné žhavicí svíčky do hlavy válců bez nutnosti její demontáže a složité úpravy. Vnitřní prostor adaptéru je navržen s ohledem na potlačení nežádoucích rezonancí plynu mezi snímačem a válcem motoru. Tyto nežádoucí rezonance by měly za následek zkreslení indikovaného tlaku a znehodnocení měření. Vlastní frekvence plynu uvnitř adaptéru je větší než 6 kHz.

English abstract

Glow plug adapter Zetor is used for in-cylinder pressure measurement in CI Zetor engines with piezo pressure sensor. The glow plug adapter is installed into the existing mounting bore of the series glow plug without disassembly of the cylinder head and making separate measuring bore. Glow plug adapter is optimized for reduction of the gas oscillations in the cavity. Cavity oscillations disturb the measuring signal. Natural frequency of the passage acoustic oscillation in this adapter is above 6 kHz.
