Navržená a zkonstruována efuzní cela slouží k přípravě ultratenkých vrstev Ag v podmínkách UHV. Zařízení poskytuje svazky atomů stříbra o termální energii (0,1-1 eV).

English abstract

This effusion cell was designed and constructed for deposition of ultrathin Ag films at UHV conditions. The device provides the Ag atomic beams with thermal energy (0,1-1 eV).
