Original abstract

Vstřikovací zařízení je složeno ze dvou trubek- malé a velké trubky. Pomocí tohoto zařízení jsou vstřikovány kapky do aerodynamického tunelu. Kapky jsou ochlazeny mimo tunel. Pro snížení rozptylu kapek jsou použity dvě trubky. Ve velké trubce je vytvořen otvor pro přívod vzduchu. Malé trubka je kratší než velká trubka. Návrh tohoto zařízení je založen na CFD analýze. Základní rozvržený vychází z práce Kyle Hutching. Toto rozvržení bylo modifikováno na základě parametrické studie průměru trubek včetně vlivu vnější části trubek.

English abstract

The delivery tube is a device designed out of two tubes – a small tube and a big tube. This device is used as a delivery device for the droplets to the wind tunnel. Droplets are cooled down outside the tunnel. Two tubes are used for lower dissipation of droplets and minimization of droplets impact to the wall of the tube. In big tube is created the hole for air inlet. Small tube is shorter that big tube. Design of the delivery tube is based on CFD analysis. The basic layout has been designed by Kyle Hutchings. In this work, a parametric study of the tube diameter as well as the inclusion of the outer tube length to the simulation was carried out.
