Original abstract
Development of new equipment, engines and other products for aviation industry requires extensive testing in the environment similar to considered operations. Expenses and resources needed often exceed possibilities of aviation producers (especially small producers). Within Czech Republic is recently quickly growing industry focused on specific fields of interest. Apart from traditional general aviation applications, the interest is focused also on newly evolving market of civil unmanned aircraft systems. Simultaneously, demand for testing of new small propulsion units exists (for perspective small sport aircraft and UAVs).
