Original abstract
This paper describes some errors cancellation approaches used in ADC using switched capacitor (SC) technique to compensate arising analog errors. In these errors besides mainly capacitor-mismatch, finite gain of OpAmp, charge injection in switches, clock feedthrough in switches, OpAmp input capacitance and parasitic capacitors. The details of the approaches are described and discussed in this paper.

Článek popisuje některé metody potlačení nebo kmpenzace chyb vznikajících technikou SC v převodnících AD. Mezi tyto chyby patří zejména chyby přizpůsobení kapacitorů, konečné zesílení OZ a pronikání hodin do signálové cesty. Detaily uvedených kompenzačních technik jsou také uvedeny.

This paper describes some errors cancellation approaches used in ADC using switched capacitor (SC) technique to compensate arising analog errors.
