The 2nd Workshop of COST 539 ELENA is following the tradition of the quality of COST 539 Meetings that were held in October 2005 in Vilnius (1st Workshop) and in June 2006 in Toledo (Electroceramics Symposium) and the quality of the presented results, as well. The objective of the 2nd Workshop is Processing and Characterization of Nanostructured Systems.
