Original abstract

The device is used for calibration, determination of deformation and finding the electromechanical characteristics of multiaxial piezoelectric force sensors. Pneumatic cylinders are used for creation of a loading force. Pneumatic cylinders have a force gage on a piston rod. The deformation of the sensor is measured by a precise indicator. Measuring is conducted with different levels of the loading force. The loading force is composed from two perpendicular forces.
