Original abstract

Kogenerace neboli společná výroba tepla a elektřiny je již řadu let známým termínem i u laické veřejnosti. Nezpochybnitelné jsou úspory na straně primárního paliva a v širším důsledku jsou i nižší vypouštěné emise, oproti oddělené výrobě. Článek na téma „Současné trendy v kogeneraci“ pojednává o současných technických možnostech společné výroby elektřiny a tepla. Zabývá se jak malými kogeneračními jednotkami, jejich optimálním výběrem z hlediska technického i ekonomického, tak využitím velkých energetických celků.

English abstract

Cogeneration, also called co-production of heat and electricity, is well known term for many years even by the general public. Savings are indisputable on the primary fuel and as a result are lower emissions compared to separate production. The article on "Current trends in cogeneration" deals with the current technical possibilities of joint production of electricity and heat. It deals with small decentralised cogeneration units, their optimal choice in terms of technical and economic, as well as with the power plants with high installed capacity.
