Original abstract
This paper describes an algorithm that transforms the forces measured in individual rods of three-point linkage of a tractor into forces acting in the contact of wheels with the terrain surface. The algorithm makes it possible to analyze force effects in three-point linkage of a tractor. It was created in order to characterise typically different loading of driving wheels of a tractor working with implements attached to its three-point linkage. Different loading of driving wheels influences tractive properties of a tractor and thus the efficiency of a tractor aggregate that works with an implement attached to its threepoint linkage. This paper describes a mathematical model of three-point linkage, measurement of forces acting during the tractor's operation, laboratory and field verification of the algorithm.
