Original abstract

Tento článek popisuje vývoj budov v oblasti spotřeby energie. Dále bude v tomto příspěvku poukázáno na novodobé řešení energetického hodnocení budov v návaznosti na platnou legislativu v České republice. Na příkladu jedné referenční budovy bude nastíněno jakým způsobem je v nynější legislativě řešeno hodnocení energetické náročnosti budovy a uvedeny možnosti řešení.

English abstract

This article describes the development of buildings in terms of energy consumption. It will also be highlighted in this paper solutions to modern energy assessment of buildings in relation to current legislation in the Czech Republic. The example of a reference building will be outlined how the current legislation dealt with evaluation of the energy performance of buildings and listed possible solutions.
