Original abstract

Vibrace vznikající v průběhu obrábění jsou nežádoucím jevem, který je třeba eliminovat. V textu je popsán princip vzniku regenerativního kmitání při soustružení, jeho matematický popis a využití v praxi. Dále sestavení diagramu stability pro poloautomatický soustruh SPN 12 CNC, prostřednictvím měření frekvenční odezvové funkce obrobku, upnutého ve stroji.

English abstract

The article deals with a mathematical description of regenerative chatter in turning. Regenerative chatter negatively affects the cutting process, the tool live and the machined surface .The experimental part is designed and based on the measured natural frequencies of the machine with specific tool and materials. Than the stability diagram was constructed.
