Original abstract

Gravírovací fréza s efektivní řeznou geometrií , která řeší problém účinného obrábění zejména v oblasti osy rotace nástroje, kde se vyskytují nízké řezné rychlosti a dochází k zadírání hřbetu až kolizi nástroje, vyznačující se tím, že efektivní geometrie čela a hřbetu nástroje je proměnlivá podle průměru nástroje a použitých řezných podmínek. Funkční vzorek s testováním v provozu.

English abstract

Engraving cutter having an effective cutting geometry, which effectively solves the problem of machining especially in the axis of rotation of the tool, where there are low speeds and leads to sticking of the back up tool collision, characterized in that the effective geometry of the front and back of the tool is variable according to the tool diameter and the cutting conditions.
