Original abstract

Zařízení je složeno z na míru postavené vysokoteplotní superkantalové pece umístěné v zatěžovacím rámu trhacího stroje a podpůrných struktur. Vzorek může být zatěžován tahem, tlakem anebo může být i zpětně protlačován. Testy mohou probíhat i za teplot odpovídajících polotekutému stavu oceli. Při testech jsou měřeny zatěžovací síly a poloha nástroje.

English abstract

Apparatus consists of – taylor made high temperature superkanthal furnace placed into a frame of tensile tester and supporting structures. Sample can be loaded by pressure, tensile or back extrusion. Tests can be done at temperature corresponding to mushy state of steel. Loading forces and tool position is measured during the test.
