Original abstract

Při manipulaci s různými typy plochých součástí nastává problém s vhodným umístěním přísavek tak, aby byly co nejlépe rozmístěny po ploše součásti a byla zajištěna maximální přilnavost k povrchu. Proto byl vyvinut koncový efektor (KE), umožňující automaticky nastavit utomaticky nastavit polohu přísavek podle tvaru a členitosti součásti. KE je tvořen kuželem pro automatickou výměnu s konektorem pro přenos elektrických signálů a konektorem pro přenos pneumatické energie, šesti přísavkami, čtyřmi krokovými motory pro polohování přísavek, referenčními spínači a řídící elektronikou.

English abstract

When handling different types of flat part there is a problem with pads suitable location so as to be best deployed surface components and to ensure maximum adhesion to the surface. Therefore, the developed end-effector (EE), to automatically adjust the position of the suction cups utomatically set according to the shape and contours of the parts.EE is formed cone for automatic exchange with the connector for the transmission of electric signals and a connector for pneumatic power transmission, six suction cups, four stepper motors for positioning pads, reference switches and control electronics.
