Originální abstrakt
Metal additive technology allows to create objects with complex shape that are very difficult to produce by conventional technologies. An example of such component is a porous structure which is composed of periodical truss cells. This paper analyzes the quality of very small trusses that are basic members of these cells and evaluates its influence on mechanical properties. Using the proposed test specimens it was found that real dimensions of the trusses varies with size and orientation to the base platform. The obtained real dimensions of trusses were used as correction factors for the results of tensile tests of special truss specimens. Dimensional correction factors show good agreement of elastic behavior of the material. The correction factors involving quality and the real dimensions of individual trusses appear as a good tool for correct prediction of the mechanical properties of lattice structures.
