The paper provides a study of the bimaterial consisting of the metal AlCu4Mg Alclad sheet and the UD C/epoxy prepreg composite reinforcement. The resulting properties are compared and evaluated with the help of ILSS short beam test. The influence of various technological factors, such as surface preparation, co- cure pressure and the application of the film adhesive KFL 120 and the cold two components adhesive PL 20 are studied, as well as the artificial ageing at the hot/wet conditions.
