Práce se zabývá modelováním trajektorií sekundárních elektronů pro stanovení sběrové účinnosti detektorů sekundárních elektronů v rastrovacích elektronových mikroskopech. Cílem práce je studovat vlivy elektrostatických a magnetických polí a geometrických parametrů v komoře mikroskopu na trajektorie signálních částic v okolí detektoru.

Anglický abstrakt

This work deals with the trajectories of the secondary electrons simulations to calculate the collection efficiency of the secondary electron detector in the scanning electron microscopes. The aim of this work is to study the influences of the electrostatic and magnetic fields and the geometrical parameters in the specimen chamber on the trajectories of signal particles in the detector vicinity.
