Refrakterní fáze srdečních buněk hraje významnou roli v procesu potlačení srdečních arytmií. Cílem této práce je vyšetřit refrakterní vlastnosti lidské síňové buňky prostřednictvím výpočtového modelování.

Anglický abstrakt

The refractory period of cardiac cell plays a significant role in process of suppression of cardiac arrhythmias. The aim of this study is to explore the refractory period of human atrial cells. The method used in this work is based on quantitative modelling.
