The Theory of Processes – ToP is introduced as a versatile instrument of human sustainable development evaluation – by means of Environmental-logistic Engineering. Its apparatus will be introduced with aid of fundamental mathematical definitions of new entities and of hierarchical functions of several classes. Here is preferred Set Theory as very friendly and well-arranged graphic apparatus. It is susceptible to express very complex, multi-levels relations, influences and connections of production process systems and their environment. New apparatus for Process Environmental Design is created. Cognition sources of evaluation and design of process systems and their environment are – the technology, an anthroposophy, a logistics, a production and an informatics.
