The following experiments (Tab.1) were done on a new experimental testing bench developed in Brno. The experiments are divided in three groups according to the coolants: pure water, water diluted RM 192, and water diluted CaCl*2H2O + MgSO4*7H2O. Lechler full cone nozzle No. 460.844 (60 spray angle) was used and the initial temperature was 250 C. In the 2nd and 3rd group of experiments the concentration was increased step by step.
