Project Support
Major Projects
FME carries out dozens of projects each year, independently or in cooperation with partners from research organisations and industry, supported by national or international grant programmes, but also by contract research. In this section you will find an overview of our most significant projects.

National Centres of Competence (NCC)
The programme is aimed at supporting long-term cooperation between the research and application fields and strengthening the institutional base of applied research. The ambition of the programme is to synergistically link the already existing successful centres, which were established with the support of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (Competence Centres), the Czech Science Foundation (Centre of Excellence) and operational programmes (especially the so-called VaVpl Centres) with other research centres and units into a single integrated system = NCK centres. The provider is the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
