Generátor trajektorií je realizován v prostředí Grasshopper v rámci platformy Rhinoceros 3D 7. Umožňuje převod geometrického modelu výrobku na strukturovaná výrobní data určená pro řízení průmyslového robota. Řešení podporuje přípravu trajektorií pro aditivní výrobu, subtraktivní výrobu i jejich kombinaci, včetně řízení orientace nástroje a návaznosti jednotlivých operací. Generátor je založen na sadě základních funkcí určených pro typické výrobní operace, přičemž umožňuje jejich kombinaci a rozšíření o individuálně navržené postupy pro specifické výrobní úlohy.

Anglický abstrakt

The trajectory generator is implemented in the Grasshopper environment within the Rhinoceros 3D 7 platform. It enables the conversion of a geometric model of a product into structured production data intended for industrial robot control. The solution supports the preparation of trajectories for additive manufacturing, subtractive manufacturing, and their combination, including tool orientation control and the continuity of individual operations. The generator is based on a set of basic functions designed for typical manufacturing operations, allowing them to be combined and extended with individually designed procedures for specific manufacturing tasks.
