Feasible solution of this problem is suitable combination of different quantity sensors and suitable and fast expressing algorithm. This contribution will deal with connection sensor on distance measurement and measuring radiation temperature. Thanks to these quantities get fast determine algorithm for expression the theoretical temperature of object. With suitable algorithm which combines several quantities it is possible to make decisions such as presence of live object or evaluate fire warning.

One of the evaluation factors is the thermal comfort of man, which deals with the following article. To determine the resulting thermal comfort, it is necessary to measure several environmental factors and take into account personal factors. The article deals in more detail with one of the environmental factors - measurement of radiation temperature. First, the measurement methods will be described in the field of environmental technology, recommended in standards. Next chapter will be devoted to the sensor "thermopile" A2TPMI of the company PerkinElmer. This type of sensor was chosen due to the appropriate technical parameters. In the last chapter there will be described the proposal of area measuring device for measurement of radiation temperature in the practice and the first measurement.

[popis_en] => The design and the realization of graphical user interface for construction ally-advanced prototype of biochemical device, which was realized in terms of the cooperation of ISMMB (Institute of Solid Mechanics, Mechatronics and Biomechanics) and IAI (Institute of Automation and Computer Science) on FSI VUT Brno. The NI LabVIEW developing suite has been used as the main design tool of this software. This experimental device is used to investigate characteristics of spinal vertebra. The main aim of this project is to realize the control software, which is able to plan, initialize and record the long-term experiments on this device. The solutions of a few fundamental problems, which were shown during these tests, are also included.

Two innovative experimental methods for mapping of tribological parameters in elastohydrodynamically lubricated contacts were developed, based on combination of optical tribometer (used for view into simulated rolling bearing) and software processing of chromatic interferograms. The lubricant shape reconstruction uses optimized colorimetric analysis (Thin Film Colorimetric Interferometry, TFCI), while the fast contact pressure mapping method is based on Inverse Elasticity Theory (IET) and convolution.

[popis_en] => Simple image processing approaches, like advanced palette fitting and convolution filters, can effectively replace traditional numerical methods in study of ball bearings. Two innovative experimental methods for mapping of tribological parameters in elastohydrodynamically lubricated contacts were developed, based on combination of optical tribometer (used for view into simulated rolling bearing) and software processing of chromatic interferograms. The lubricant shape reconstruction uses optimized colorimetric analysis (Thin Film Colorimetric Interferometry, TFCI), while the fast contact pressure mapping method is based on Inverse Elasticity Theory (IET) and convolution.

[popis] => A state controller of rotating shaft levitated by an active magnetic bearing is described in this contribution. It is shown that the state controller is able to slow down and stabilize the response of the controlled system. Furthermore an error compensation represented by an integrative controller connected on input to the state controller allows compensation of external forces. It is shown that such controller is able to control the shaft even at high rotational speed. Study of dependence of controller parameters on rotational speed of the controlled shaft is done.
